New clients complete online forms, then I provide at least two travel recommendations. After booking, I provide ongoing support before, during, and after your trip.

What's the difference between a travel agent and a travel consultant?

A travel agent takes orders and processes transactions. A travel consultant gets to know your interests and preferences to identify a perfect travel solution, and provides assistance before, during, and after the trip.

I assist with international travel. Within North America, I can assist with guided vacations, Alaska experiences, luxury rail travel, and river cruises.

Do you charge any fees?

I reserve the right to assess fees for customized itineraries requiring extensive research, changes after confirmation, and cancellations. I will never surprise you with an unexpected fee.

How do travel advisors get paid?

In most instances, travel advisors receive a commission from travel suppliers, typically arriving about 60 days after your trip. If not compensated by the supplier, a Professional Planning Fee may be collected.

How do I pay for my trip?

Credit card authorization forms securely collect your card information to pay travel suppliers. Each supplier sets a minimum deposit and final payment deadline.

The US Department of State website is the best resource for safety and entry requirements. The CDC website is best for health-related questions such as required vaccinations.

Do you book all-inclusive resorts?

I currently limit all-inclusive resort bookings to returning clients. Reach out and we can discuss whether it's the right fit.

Do you arrange private home/condo rentals?

Unless a private home, condo, or villa is available through one of my trusted travel suppliers who have vetted the property, I do not assist in arranging trips involving private rentals.
