We recently returned from our family vacation in Cancun. Every two years we plan a vacation with our two adult children, their spouses, and our four grandchildren. We knew we wanted an all-inclusive resort but weren’t sure where to start. We contacted Jennifer and are so glad we did! From the first contact with her we knew we were in good hands. She began by sending us all a questionnaire to make certain she knew what type of resort would match our wants and needs (including a lazy river which was important to all of us!) The things that most impressed us with Jennifer is that she really listened to us, and her attention to detail. From arranging our Park, Stay, and Fly in Chicago, private transportation to and from airport to resort, suggestions on room upgrades for the families of four. She provided us with detailed information on what to expect every step of the way from prior to the trip all the way to how to navigate through the Cancun airport.
