I first heard of Jennifer from her husband who works at Caterpillar in the same division as I. I thought I would try Jennifer for a couple of different reasons. One – so many travel agents are not very helpful and I really wanted to see if Jennifer was different and Two – I really didn’t have the time to search for the trip I was wanting to book.
